Conference Fees

The conference fee is:

  • Registration fee for Sirem Members (before September 1, 2026): € 150,00
  • Registration fee for Sirem Members (after September 1, 2026): € 200,00
  • Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (before September 1, 2026): € 200,00
  • Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (after September 1, 2026): € 250,00
  • Registration fee for Sirem Member Authors (before September 1, 2026): € 150,00
  • Registration fee for non-SIREM Member Authors (before September 1, 2026): € 200,00
  • Registration fee for Doctoral Consortium Authors (before September 1, 2026): € 100,00
  • Social dinner (not included in the conference fee): € 40,00.

Notes:

  • Ph. D. students who wish to participate as speakers and authors of papers accepted to the Doctoral Consortium can obtain a discounted fee at 100,00 EUR (social dinner not included). The registration must be done by September 1, 2026.
  • PhD students presenting a paper in the regular conference sessions (main or special tracks) will be required to pay the standard registration fee.
  • For all authors of accepted abstracts: the registration is mandatory for the accepted abstract to be inserted in the conference program and published in the book of abstracts. One registration covers at most two contributions of the same author. The registration must be done by September 1, 2026.

Registration for Sirem Members (including Sirem Member Authors)

If you are not yet a SIREM member but would like to become one, you can also use the same button to join SIREM before registering for the conference.

Registration for Non-Sirem Members (including Non-Sirem Member Authors)

Click the button below to create an account on the SIREM portal. Please note that creating an account on the SIREM portal does not make you a member of the SIREM Association. Once your account has been created, you will be able to access the HELMeTO conference registration form and, if you wish, register for the conference dinner.

Registration for Doctoral Consortium Authors

Please follow the appropriate procedure above, depending on whether you are already a SIREM member or not. Once you have completed the process, you will find a link to register for the HELMeTO conference as a Doctoral Consortium author and, if you wish, register for the conference dinner.
