Conference Fees

The conference fee is:

• Registration fee for Sirem Members (before September 1, 2025): € 150,00
• Registration fee for Sirem Members (after September 1, 2025): € 200,00
• Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (before September 1, 2025): € 200,00
• Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (after September 1, 2025): € 250,00
• Social dinner (not included in the conference fee): € 60,00.

Ph. D. students who wish to participate as speakers and authors of papers accepted to the Doctoral Consortium can obtain a discounted fee at 100,00 EUR (social dinner not included).

Note for authors of accepted abstracts: the registration is mandatory for the accepted abstract to be inserted in the conference program and published in the book of abstracts. One registration covers at most two contributions of the same author. The registration must be done by September 1, 2025.

SIREM and SIRD offer a free bus transfer from Naples to Lecce on September 25, 2025, for participants who are registered for both HELMeTO 2025 and the SIRD International Conference 2025 that will be held at the University of Salento from September 25 to 27, 2025.

By following the registration links provided below, you will be able to indicate whether you wish to attend the social dinner and whether you would like to take advantage of the free bus transfer.

Registration for Sirem Members

• Registration fee for Sirem Members before September 1, 2025: € 150,00
• Registration fee for Sirem Members after September 1, 2025: € 200,00

Registration for Non-Sirem Members

• Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members before September 1, 2025: € 200,00
• Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members after September 1, 2025: € 250,00

Note: By following the link to the registration page, you will first be asked to register on the SIREM website, and then to register for the HELMeTO conference (and optionally reserve your seat for the social dinner). Registering on the SIREM website does not imply becoming a member of the SIREM association.
If you wish to join SIREM as a member, you will find a dedicated link after completing your registration on the SIREM website.

Ph. D. students and Doctoral Consortium presenters

Ph. D. students who wish to participate as Speakers and authors of papers accepted to the Doctoral Consortium can obtain the discounted fee at 100,00 EUR by following the procedure described below:

1. Fill this form, declaring their status and certifying it with appropriate documentation.
2. Send an email to: conference@helmeto.it and to segreteria@sirem.org to request ad hoc rate applications, taking care to include “PhD HELMeTO 2025 Fee” as the subject of the email.
3. Wait for the instructions on how to complete the payment after the validation by the Organizational Committee

Only those who have followed the previous steps correctly will be provided with discounts by the SIREM Secretariat.
