Conference Fees

The conference fee is:

• Registration fee for Sirem Members (before September 1, 2025): € 150,00 + 50€ (for the social dinner)
• Registration fee for Sirem Members (after September 1, 2025): € 200,00 + 50€ (for the social dinner)
• Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (before September 1, 2025): € 200,00 + 50€ (for the social dinner)
• Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (after September 1, 2025): € 250,00 + 50€ (for the social dinner)

For each presentation there must be associated at least the registration of one author, otherwise the accepted contribution will be not inserted in the program of the even nor in the book of abstract.

Ph. D. students who wish to participate as Speakers and obtain the discounted fee at 100,00 EUR must necessarily fill out, in due time, their willingness to participate should communicate to conference@helmeto.it to get further information, taking care to include “PhD HELMeTO2025 Fee” as the subject of the email.

After the validation by the Organizational Committee, you will find the discounted fee at 100,00 EUR and you could proceed to pay.

The registration is mandatory for the accepted abstract to be inserted in the conference program and published in the book of abstracts. One registration covers at most two contributions of the same author. The registration must be done by September 1, 2025.
